Boulton Paul Defiant T3984 - 03/01/1945.

On the 3rd January 1945 Boulton Paul Defiant No T3984 of No 776 squadron swung of the runway due to a gust of wind causing the port undercarriage to collapse,  the aircraft was being flown by Sub Lieutenant A. H. Mitchell.
