Fairey Firefly's MB678 & MB690 - 28/07/1945.

On the 28th July 1945 Fairey Firefly No MB678 of No 816 squadron was involved in a collision during taxiing into Fairey Firefly MB690 also of No 816 squadron, the aircraft was being flown by Sub Lieutenant P. W. Grant, and MB690 was being flown by Sub Lieutenant J. Timmins.
